Estimated Shipping Times
Orders placed by 3pm (Central Time), Monday to Friday will ship the same day, excluding holidays.
Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday. This is including Fridays after cut-off time.
We make every effort to fulfill orders placed after 3 PM and have them ready for carrier pickup. Please feel free to call us with any questions about your order.
Printing Service Orders (Important Exception)
Products that include custom printing services require additional processing time.
1. Please allow 2-4 business days for production before shipment
2. These items are made to order and are not eligible for same-day shipping and/or free shipping
3. Printing service items will be shipped separately from the rest of your order.
If your order includes both printed and non-printed items:
- Non-printed items will ship according to our standard schedule
- Printed items will ship once production is complete
