Tax Exemptions

To make a tax-exempt purchase online or in-store, you must first be approved for Tax Exempt Status by one of our staff members. We will provide you with Form 01-339 to complete, sign, and return, along with a copy of your Texas Sales and Use Permit, an out-of-state retailer's registration number, or a Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC) number for retailers based in Mexico.

If you haven't been approved, you won't be able to purchase as tax-exempt.
