Return Policy

 

 If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, the following conditions will be considered:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of the transaction.
  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned items must be unopened and have no visible signs of use.
  • All returns and exchanges must include original receipt.
  • Return and/or Exchange transactions will be subject to a 25% restocking fee
  • 25% restocking fee on exchanges will start on November 1st. 2022.
  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Seasonal items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Foil items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Electrical items, structures and sizers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Stand items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our store with the receipt or send an email to info@cityballoonsdallas.com to get an authorization of the transaction. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns.  Then you have 7 calendar days to send the package back to the store.

Refunds will be processed EXCLUSIVELY to the original credit or debit card or Paypal account used for the purchase; there are no cash refunds. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products. The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding shipping, freight and any other relevant fees, including customs or import fees, if any. Except for damaged or incorrect products received, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

Cancellations and Changes to Online Orders

City Balloons Dallas will endeavor to arrange the dispatch of your order as soon as we receive it. If you wish to cancel or make changes it, please call us at (469) 372-2358 as soon as possible, and let us know your order number. If your order is already has a shipping label created, unfortunately, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Once you receive the product(s), if you still wish to change it, you would have to return it following the “return” conditions.

Please note that all claims will be honored at the discretion of City Balloons Dallas.

City Balloons Dallas reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace any customer claims when returns are excessive and it appears that the policy is being manipulated or abused.
