Ideal for the internal coating of poly bubble balloons (bobo), increasing it's float time.
Instructions for Use: This product is ready for direct use. Turn the nozzle so that it is in the open position, apply inside the balloon to treat, using a small amount of product, massage the balloon gently to moisturize it.
