Ideal for the internal coating of latex balloons, increasing balloon float up to 10 times longer and adheres confetti to the internal body of the balloon.
Instructions for Use: This product is ready for direct use. Turn the nozzle so that it is in the open position. Apply inside the latex balloon to treat using a small amount of product. Massage the balloon to completely moisten the inside of the balloon.
